Our jewelry is well crafted and if cared for properly can be enjoyed for a long time.  Air pollutants, dust, perspiration, perfumes, and other natural elements can dull the appearance of gemstones or precious metals.  Because of this, it is always good practice to wide down your jewelry with a cotton cloth after wear and upon storing.
